Child and Family Counselling Services

At Monarch Child and Family Counselling we take care to provide our clients quality and ethical counselling. Services are personalized to the individual’s needs. Therapeutic sessions are typically 60 minutes for individual sessions.

Monarch Child and Family Counselling offers in-person or online counselling for adults and youth (please inquire for suitability for online play therapy sessions).

  • Weekly Mindfulness practices to help rewire your nervous system.
  • Supportive, interactive group.
  • Connect and recharge.

Insurance Coverage

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have Employee Assistance Program insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many sessions does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Etransfers, credit card are accepted for payment at time of service.

Please give notice as soon as possible when cancelling a scheduled appointment.

Note: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the regular fee for the missed session.
